When the government develops an experimental cyborg named Dragon as a secret military weapon, all hell breaks loose as a failure in the gene manipulation causes the creature to become a sex beast.

Fueled only by its insatiable lust for women and utter destruction, the creature escapes and starts abducting women to fill its sexual appetite.
